Speaker's Corner

Ripon College Freshmen Elizabeth Brown and Rebecca Shackleton believe that sharing your dreams for a better world with others is an important first step in creating community change. Inspired by the ideals of London's Hyde Park Speaker's Corner, where hundreds gather every Sunday morning to literally climb on soapboxes and share ideas, they set about to create their own "platform for change" right here at Ripon College, sharing ideas for good with viewers all over the world through the use of digital video technology.
